Miss D’Anna was so nice impatient with me, I’m basketball coach and I was at a game and she was so patient to wait until my game was over to give me quotes in the store of my insurance. We need more people like her. She’s very sweet and patient I think so very very much.

I have always had positive things to say about this insurance company however now I do not. I am being over charged and getting the run around about why my payments have doubled. I guess freeway insurance is just a 3rd party collection that is getting payments for nothing. The middle man I would say. I have progressive yet I make not only a payment to them but to freeway also? So I’m having to pay 2 different insurance companies for one policy. Explain that to me?? Very unsatisfied
