If I could I would give them no stars. Do not choose this insurance. I have this insurance to my Federal job and it sucks. There is no benefit to having this insurance, I’m paying monthly just to have an insurance card with minimal service.

I was excited to start my new job as a nurse. I decided to go with Samba insurance to start my new life as a federal employee. They have not approved or paid a claim submitted on my behalf to date. On many occasions, I've called SAMBA and I've asked what I can do to help the process along, they are hurried, short, and dismissive. Items sent to them to complete paperwork, they lose and allege they didn't receive. Your life and the life of your loved ones matters little to them. Taking your money and denying funding for your care seems be what is most important. If you are at that point where you have to choose one insurance over the other, I implore you general public, do not make the same mistake I made.
