Safety Insurance

I pay my insurance on time each month every month for years and never used it until a couple months ago and safety sent their own appraisers and would not cover the damage done. I just got new brakes and tires on my car just a couple weeks before the accident, the car was fine. They said what needed to be fixed was not part of the accident. They wouldn't continue my rental coverage .. what do I pay thousands of dollars a year for... my independent appraiser went and said it absolutely should be covered. They still wouldn't. They dont answer the phone they don't respond they are awful.

I'm not one to evaluate companies but as I pay my insurance on time I thought it was an injustice what they did to me! I was stopped at the traffic light and a vehicle hit my rear in which my car collided with the vehicle in front! I tried to contact Safety in countless ways, email, calls, and if they answered me or did something for me, I sent all the evidence of the accident, data of the driver who hit my car, and the only message I received was from an employee saying: "I'm sorry I'm on vacation" biggest disappointment of my life was hiring this company. And the worst was that the following month the insurance amount was readjusted, I increased the value even more

So I was involved in an accident with someone who is insured by safety and my vehicle got totaled. Accident happened on August 30th and here it is now November 10th and my vehicle still hasn’t been paid off. They already picked up my vehicle, have tittle info and no communication. They did not call me once to even though I called multiple times and requested to have someone follow up with me and let me know what’s going on. Worse experience I’ve ever had, no help and no sense of care about anything other than trying to for me the lowest offer possible for my vehicle. If you have safety I’m sorry for you. Safety has owed me a refund for a homeowners policy for a while. They claim that they sent me a check on November 10th and I never received it. They reissued it on December 15th and once again, it never came. I sent them payment for my car insurance on December 25th. They claim they never received my payment and cancelled my policy. They won't reinstate my policy stating that my payment wasn't received. I explained that obviously there's a problem with the mail. I have to be understanding with them, but they won't budge and are being rude and nasty to be about my payment. They stink!!
