Got a flyer in the mail box from Ted Tod ins the quote was higher then the quote on the flier after getting the policy paid in full they came back and rase the price said building prices to replace house went up almost 300.00 bait and switch be carefull...

I wish no star was possible. I told Alba, I intended to cancel my policy, I emailed her and called her on the day I wanted to cancel, no response. I recieved a bill from my old insurance through safeharbor, I called Alba again and she said she would take care of it, now two months later, I am still receiving a bill. I had to call the insurance company myself to fix the issue. There was no customer service when I tried to speak to someone else in their office, no one wanted to help me because they didn't want to be responsible for the mistake.

Joe and Marlene are just the epitome of Excellent Customer Service and true compassion, they have held our hand through our whole Home Insurance process and even though it is over they still check in, they have been handling everything! Can't thank you guys enough for just being total Rockstars!
