Sabrina is a terrific insurance agent with extensive experience. She is very dedicated to ensuring her clients fully understand their insurance policies, as well as the claims process. In addition to being well-versed in home, auto, business, and life insurance among others, she provides valuable insight into many other areas to meet her clients' needs. Sabrina and her team are rockstars! I had an accident in September (first one ever) and my car was marked a total loss. It's was my first accident and wasn't 100% sure what the process would be like. All of them were incredibly helpful and sweet and very accommodating and professional with all of my questions, phone calls and texts. After it was all said and done and I got my settlement check (which they helped me get the POA paperwork corrected and sent off so I wouldnt have wait longer for my check to come in), I knew I was with the right office and I don't see myself going anywhere for a long time. Sabrina knows just about anything and everything that happens within an Insurance Company. She is one of very few people nowadays that will meet with you in person and listen and understand your needs and what your trying to accomplish, but at the same time using her expertise to suggest things to try and focus on the bigger picture to get the best prices and save you the most money she can. If we had any questions or concerns we could contact her and she would take care of our needs. She really cares about her customers and when you work with her it's like you are working with Family. Her whole staff at her Office will always be there for you too.
