Tim, Trisha and Annette are always a pleasure to speak with. The folks here take wonderful care of me and my insurance needs. I made the switch (won't name other office) approx. 5 years ago and am grateful I did.

Tim Heffentrager’s State Farm is “THE BEST” and Annette (Office Assistant) goes way over and above in service to customers. I send an email to Annette with question or service request and she replies immediately. I’m a former State Farm office manager so I am more critical than most about customer service. I highly recommend Tim’s Agency and Annette. Can’t beat ‘em!

I have been with Tim and his team since 2016 and they have consistently provided me with excellent service for policies ranging from auto to umbrella. Pricing has always been clear and reasonable - my partner recently switched to SF and received better coverage limits with lower deductibles and added a renter’s policy for the same he was paying for just auto with another large insurance company. Annette was amazing in assisting us with getting his policies all set up, explaining the differences in the old vs new coverages, and explaining recommendations to qualify for the best discounts and policies available that were within budget. Thank you all for always taking care of myself and my loved ones!

I had a most pleasant experience the past 2 days working with Tim's assistant Annette Marble. She got me an auto policy quote equivalent to my existing policy at 2/3 the cost. I cancelled the existing policy and signed up with State Farm effective at midnight tonight. Thank you Annette and Tim!
