Becky Wilcox - State Farm Insurance Agent

I recently moved to Tucson from Missouri and had to change my insurance agent. When I called Becky's office I was instantly made to feel welcomed and appreciated. Becky was even able to give me better coverage for my vehicles. I had some issues setting up my drive safe app and had to go in to their office to get help. Marcia was helping another customer but she made sure someone knew I was there waiting. Kayla was helpful and knowledgeable in what the issue was. Both Kayla and Becky were able to fix the problem and were so helpful. My husband and I have been with Stare Farm for over 40 years. They are absolutely the best company for all your insurance needs.

I’ve had the great privilege of getting to know Becky, Marcia, and Art at this office, and I have to say that they are all wonderful people. Becky’s integrity is unmatched, Marcia is so sweet, and Art always finds a way to make me laugh. While I’ve only just switched to State Farm they’ve made the process as smooth and simple as possible! I’ve been helped so far by Marcia who is truly one of the most amazing and helpful people, and Becky who is equally as amazing! I contacted the office to set up my policy. I thought it would be less expensive but Becky explained sone coverages. I ended up the same price but way better coverages! I called back and asked about the Drive Safe and Save. I spoke to Kayla who explained how it worked with getting it set up. Both Kayla and Becky were awesome!! They were so friendly and helpful!

I just love this group of people that works for State Farm, they are so nice and informative. They keep me updated on things I need and things that have change and may be a benefit to me and my family! They are so awesome 👏🏿 and I wish every organization was like them.
