S Samuel: Allstate Insurance

S Samuel has the worst customer service practices . He cursed at me and disconnected the line before telling me I will cancel your policy. This was after a 1min interaction. He was only helpful when hounding me down to renew my policy. Will be going back to statefarm

Every month my insurance goes up more and more. I spoke with the agent (Samuel) to ask why they charged me more for an accident that happened more than a year ago and got a response that I didn’t like, “well be glad they didn’t catch it till now”. When I ask why the bill is increasing I always get things like prices are going up or things are changing etc.

Wow. Wow. Wow. The staff at this Allstate office are amazing people! I spoke to Samuel on occasion and he is such a knowledgeable person! He provided me Erika’s contact information and I have been blown away by the professionalism, respect and true customer service they offer. They have earned a life long customer! Thank you, Erika and Samuel for your assistance and answering all of my questions!

Super friendly staff. Switched to All-State about 9 months ago and have loved it. My agent Maria is very responsive and a pleasure to work with. She answers all of my annoying questions and helped get me several quotes on cars when we were in the market for a new vehicle. Would recommend this branch to anyone!

Sam is awesome, everyone at the West Covina office is great and very helpful. They make everything you need to do or fill out extremely easy to follow along and the app is self explanatory. Thank you for the outstanding service. I am one happy customer!
