Great insurance Company I am dealing with them from 2007 onwards. Excellent Customer Service. Polite and gentle behaviour always. Good knowledge and excellent communication skills. Mr Gilbert as the insurance Leader have trained a group of helpful candidates too. They are quick and fast in sorting out issues.

Merca, my agent was very um. How you put it very nice to talk to it wasn't a sale. Pitch that got me to change back to State Farm. It was you know the personal test that she has. I knew that she was calling me from at home. Okay, here in the background, like a normal person with kids and all this and. That was at mind that I was wanted to make a change anyway, but talking to her convinced me and plus with to get good quote. Nobody's perfect but I gave her 5 out of 5 because if I gave a 4. You wouldn't believe me that she was that good.
