I reached to them since their listing was the first to pop up on the main State Farm website. Jeff has been super friendly, very knowledgeable and speedy with all email and phone communications and prompt and on time with everything. I needed estimates on new policies for auto and homeowners insurance and Jeff helped me through it all step by step and provided me with estimates same day after taking down all the information he needed from me. We scheduled a call soon afterwards to go over all the numbers and State Farm was able to beat by renewal rates with another company by a HUUUUGE margin!
