Farmers Insurance - Karim Merchant

Not getting my money. My Farmers agent was switched to Karim. After getting this year’s quote, I sent Karim a message saying I think the homeowners insurance has went up too much over the past two years. His response was that I’m lucky it didn’t go up more and then he tried to sell me more auto insurance. I asked him why my agent was switched and if he was sure he couldn’t re-run the quote, but he didn’t respond. I then found significantly better quotes for auto and home, so I moved both policies to another company. Called Karim’s office to cancel the policies. They made excuses about not responding and they can’t even cancel the polices, so I had to call corporate. Did Karim really think I was going to put up with that nonsense and send him money every month? Good riddance.
