I've been with this agency for about 8 years now and it has been nothing but a pleasure working with Kimberly, the Office Manager. Anytime I have questions or concerns regarding my policies, Kimberly is always available and happy to answer them, as well as provide recommendations on how to get the best bang for my bucks. She calls me throughout the year to make sure all is well and to see if I have any questions regarding my policy.
