You normally dread the "let's review your insurance" cold calls, but I did have a couple of life changes that Nathan focused in on and will follow up with helpful info about them. There was no "set up an appointment, come in to the office" nonsense. Perfectly fine to email info and get me what I need. Very respectful of my time.
