Rusty and his team have been fantastic to work with. They are very proactive at reaching out with any upcoming changes so I’m never surprised by any rate changes. We had a hail damage claim recently. Brooke and Rusty both stepped in on multiple occasions to advocate for us and ensure we got a fair resolution. They have gone above and beyond for us as policyholders and I can’t recommend them enough.

I recently worked with Rusty and Brooke to get a claim resolved and had a great experience. They were both responsive, knowledgeable, and did a great job being clear & communicative through the whole process. I'm glad that a stressful situation wasn't made worse. In fact, it was actually able to be resolved faster than expected, which I attribute in part to the teams experience and clear communication. They helped me be submit correct & complete documentation, leading to minimal back and forth with the claims department, ultimately resulting in a quick resolution.

Working with Marshall and Brooke has been fantastic. If I have questions and call I get a person 99% or the time. They are experience and are there to help. I moved here 8 yrs ago with state farm and wanted that same family/friend hometown feel and found that with Rusty Smith’s office. Everyone who works there is always willing to help and answer questions.
