At a moment's notice, after a brief phone call to the office, where Steve answered, I was invited to come right in, immediately, at my convenience. I didn't feel anything other than him working genuinely and sincerely to get me exactly what we want from any business relationship like this. He was polite, up front, and honest in responding to what I presented him with, regarding my situation. He then went beyond the call of duty to get me a premium tailored for my needs individually, and furthermore, he was then able to nearly cut my premium in half in the end, by applying all of the possible discount opportunities and adjustments needed for that to happen! Rhonda has answered all of my questions throughout the years, and Amanda makes my day a little nicer whenever we chat. I am always excited to share our family’s news with them and they feel like old friends. Even though they are not our closest State Farm agent’s office anymore, I still call this office, knowing they can help.

I called because my bill was higher this time , a Lady Called Rhonda , Whom i have no pleasure in talking to, Cause she Rude , thinks she knows it all , Cannot explain why did my premium went up while i was not informed of it .! Horrible Agent on the other hand when i call i always rather talk to Amanda or Steve Best Agents ever.!
