Russ Clark - State Farm Insurance Agent

Russ Clark had been my State Farm agent ever since we moved to Coos Bay 20 years ago. He and everyone in his office are friendly , accommodating and excellent at what they do. I went in yesterday with a problem regarding house insurance and Tracy took care of it quickly and efficiently in about 5 minutes time! I am made to feel so welcome whenever I go into their office. They all rock!

By far the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Russ Clark’s office will do nothing for their customers and don’t even want to talk to you to help you with claims. You will get screwed on claims and they won’t budge to help. They won’t refund me my escrow money after switching to Farmers. Stay far away from this company. Zero customer service, zero help when things go wrong.

My son got t-boned by another State Farm client. She failed to stop at a stop sign and nailed my son. The police cited her for failure to comply with traffick laws and they still said my son was negligent for not being a “defensive Driver”. Who leaves their eyes off the road and onto a car who is supposed to be stopping? State Farm wants as much of your money as possible regardless of doing the right thing by you! Scam. Changing to farmers ASAP!

Russ is a Great Agent with State Farm Insurance and a Great Neighbor too. He and his Family and Staff are Great folks to deal with Insurance.I would Recommend Russ for his knowledge with Insurance.Thanks Again !
