Extremely Unhappy with the level of service. It was very difficult to get the insurance docs sent to me (still not sure if I have received them all) and still cannot get access to my homeowners insurance online. My request to speak to a supervisor on 2 occasions was ignored. I found less expensive policy that was the exact same coverage with the same carrier. This has been the WORST experience I have ever dealt with in the 30 years I have been purchasing insurance. I STRONGLY recommend you compare pricing with the carrier directly as it is a less expensive way to go. The rates they provide are DEFINITELY higher than if you were to purchase directly through some carriers.

May of this year, we purchased a new truck locally. On Monday morning we drove over to Nasburg Huggins Insurance to switch it over & update. As always we were greeted upon entering by a fantastic person at the front desk. She immediately got us to our agent Madison Wilson. Madison is a fantastic, knowledgeable person that cares about us. She made all the necessary changes, updates to our vehicles & while there updated our home insurance. After that was completed we caught up on what was going on since we had talked with her last. We talked with Madison about quoting our policies with different insurance carriers to make sure we were getting a competitive rate. Our current carrier came back the most competitive, but Madison took it a step further and asked if we wanted to request a refresh with our carrier which resulted is significant savings for us.
