I needed help getting insurance fast. I initially had help from one of the employees but was told getting a certain form would take time. I needed that form to go the DMV. I kept checking with the office to see if the underwriter was done and the person “helping” me had already gone home. Thankfully I went to another insurance agent’s office and she was incredulous. She said I could have gotten that form right off the bat. She said to go get my refund from Allstate by going into their office so I did and the person who had initially helped me did not even speak to me just put a form in front of me to sign. I asked about my refund and he said it was still processing and could take days. I then called my insurance agent and she made a three way call with someone from Better Business bureau a

I was an allstate customer for 10 yrs paying over $110 a mo on insurance even though i have an exceptional driving record. Then i was told my insurance was going up $75.00 mo for no reason, so when i called and asked whats up they could care less and said basically oh well that's not our problem. So i called and in 5 minutes i had a new insurance policy with another company and now i pay $ 58.00 a month for the same insurance. I am furious that i have been overpaying all these years for insurance i never even used ! . Great way to lose loyal customers, but thanks because now i am paying a lot less for the same insurance .

Raised my insurance $100 told me it was inflation. I have never had a accident or a ticket didn't stop paying them when COVID hit always paid on time. When I called to ask why I'm paying $169. Month if they can make it cheeper the guy said few dollars if I do driving class kinda a slap in face with my driving record I have no violations. So I called progressive they gave me the same coverage and better for $67. A month. Oh I been with them for 5+ years. So that's my experience with Allstate.

Great customer service and easy to work with setting up our home insurance. He was able to work with our title company as we were from out of state buying a new home.

I have a school bus conversion and was told I can only have six months (average road time) of insurance. Other Skoolie owners have better rates and coverage for theirs. I live in mine full-time and may be on the road at various times during the year.
