I’ve had a policy with Roxanne for about 5+ years. The office is on top of it and it is truly a pleasure to speak with Bob when I have questions or need something explained from my policy. Highly recommend Roxanne and her staff!

I have been insured by this agency for more then ten years. My 17 year old son bought a truck and we filled out the paperwork for his truck to be covered singed everything brought it in and all done on our part was 100%. turns out the person that should of filed it did not and walked out of her job that day. A month later my son hit a gard rail and needed his insurance guess what it never got filed. And he lost his license. I stopped in the office was told how this women quit and never filed my insurance "I don't think Roxanne was happy he told me that" he told me I needed to talk to Roxanne turns out she is ON VACATION FOR 2 WEEKS when she got back she said there nothing I can do this is 100% on her I jumped through all the hoops to do the right thing and now my kid has a driving record

I have kept my Allstate policy for several reasons over the years. First you can’t beat the knowledge of the Allstate Agent. Every time I need help or have a question they are there for me. You are in good hands. They have the best rates by far to me and the coverage is outstanding. My new Agent from moving back to Florida is Awesome.
