They had me paying for insurance on a house that I did not even own anymore. Now I'm fighting for my money back and they won't answer me. Fraud.
Ross insurance back when Bill Ross WAS the owner WAS a great business. I had all my ins. Policies with them for more than 20 years and always received outstanding customer service but unfortunately this agency, a couple of years ago was taken over by another person and the personnel was replaced while they kept the name of the business. Nowadays, I would not recommend this agency to my worst enemy frankly. They are rude and condescending. I took all my policies elsewhere.
Friendly. Know their stuff. Edit: 2021 New owners not as good. Old staff gone.
