OneDigital

Kinney Pike was a good provider. Since they have become One Digital the customer service is deplorable. I was a customer for many years, but that has ended. I've called several times and not been able to get a person when trying to renew insurance. Go into voicemail abyss and do not get return calls. It is so bad that I have obtained all of my insurance from another agency and will not do business with One Digital. Can not imagine how bad it would be if I ever had a claim. If they do not return numerous calls to renew insurance, how bad would it be if there was a claim to be made!?

Company I work for had been with One Digital (formerly Kinney Pike) for many years. When we had an issue and carrier notified us of cancellation of coverage I reached out to One Digital & was told they would quote other carriers. Then they proceeded to drop the ball - did not keep us updated, never provided new quotes & stopped responding to emails. Basically left us without coverage after being with them for years. Very unprofessional - leaving one star only because there is not an option for no stars.

Kinney Pike has been easy to work with and provided excellent coverage, for my home, and my auto needs. It was great to know that I was able to call and instantly add a Vehicle to plan with no difficulties. They are always quick to respond to questions and are willing to search out for the most cost effective plans without compromising coverage and individual needs.

GREAT to work with. Happily, we don't have major issues but we are confident that we will get prompt and efficient service when we need it. Been with the folks at Kinney Pike a long time and have NO interest in going anywhere else! Thanks for all you do!
