AAA Rutland Insurance and Member Services

I have called nearly every day since my initial claim due to $2,300 damage done with my car on November 19, 2021. I received one phone call from that time on December 10th. AAA told me they would handle my claim, and it would be done in 7-10 business days I would be contacted. Then told that information was false. A month later was then told none of this was their problem when I was told they would handle the case. NEVER have I had such awful customer service and lack of communication. Matt Downs and Thomas Cummings were by far the worst caseworkers I have ever dealt with. Countless emails, voice mails and phone calls were left and they could not return ONE of them. I am beyond disappointed in the service I have gotten and will not be recommending AAA to anyone ever again. Worst company. T

I waited three hours in front of a CrossFit studio - next to a methadone clinic (don’t ask). Even after my third call, crying, stating it was dark and no, I did not feel safe, it was still another 45 minutes. I’ve been a plus member for 12 years; I've had to wait before, but nothing like this. FYI no fault of the tow company, he was told my car was vacant. I was told I had to be there with my ID! Then, after it was towed, I got a call from AAA stating my friend couldn't find the car, so the AAA rep asked me where it was! Apparently the GPS had the tow driver put the car at a neighbor's house. I'm not sure how I'm supposed to know where the car was towed to when I wasn't in the tow truck. It would have made more sense to call the truck driver.

I found the staff to be super friendly and helpful. The prices are fair and I enjoy getting free road maps as a part of being a member. Also, they sell the ez-pass and were knowledgeable enough to help me get it set up. Definitely an A+ business.

Staff are very friendly & helpful. Stopped by last year for travel book & forgot to bring the map this year. Knew we had a helpful office to stop by in Rutland. Thanks!
