I stopped in at the Wagoner office to request a home owners insurance quote. The gentleman took my information and said he would call me later with the quote details. I received a phone call later that afternoon. The quote seemed fine, so I asked the salesman to email me the quote. I did not receive my quote. I used the website contact form to request my quote. I did receive a return telephone call, by a very nice woman. She said she would relay the information to the Wagoner office. It has been crickets since that return phone call. I can only assume this insurance agency is so busy with current clients that they do not have time for new business. Good for them. I believe in shopping locally and another agency in town was able to assist me.
