I would not recommend.. They put the wrong address on my account, I called farmers to have it correct and only the billing address was changed, I found out it was not corrected by my mortgage company. I found out they could correct but they wouldn't, so I was paying to cover someone else's home and on top of it they raised my insurance rate due to THEIR issue.. I tried to let it go and see what happens. I had hail issues and farmers changed my coverage and when they found out the age of my roof they charged more. i received about 2000 to replace and I had to spend about another 8000 out of pocket. The clincher, they raised my rates again. I found another provi5with better coverage and cheaper. I contacted them and Hayden could have cared less. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS AGENCY OR CO

Jerry with Farmers was so respectful and professional. He was not pushy at all and made sure i understood everything on my policy. They were by far the cheapest but was $60k more in coverage for my home than any other policy I checked into. I highly suggest Farmers for your Home Insurance needs.
