Ron McCleave - State Farm Insurance Agent

We have been faithful clients for 26 years and the customer service is spotty but rarely do we feel helped. They canceled our son's insurance policy without our consent or agreement, or without verbally telling us. Just a letter that was not seen. Our son got pulled over, had his car towed, and has been driving without insurance for two months. Terrible!
