The best group of people to work with. I was worried I wouldn't find a comparable agent and team when I moved here from SW VA. I started off with another State Farm agent at first and was not pleased at all with the interactions while transitioning from VA to FL. A few months later I stopped in unannounced and spoke with Jack at Ron McCann's office. She answered all my questions thoroughly and made me feel much more appreciated as a customer. Four years later, I still really appreciate their time and efforts they have put forward in assisting us in a recent auto accident which resulted in having to purchase another vehicle. We even considered financing through State Farm. Thank you for being there for us in our time of need. You all are great!!

My husband has been a patron of his agency for a long time with his car insurance. Then we purchased our Renters Insurance. And now my step son has his own car insurance through his agency. The staff is friendly. One memorable moments was when Ron's son remembered my husband and his vehicle even though we don't have to interact with the agency that much!

Bad Customer Service, Instead of helping you they Fight and Argue with you. They said one thing and do not provide you with all the information you need to know they think you took a class for selling insurance also. That is why you agent take classes and a test to help your customers and not treat them as they should know something they Do No KNOW. Called one day got information, wrong information I went to the office and JR agent treat me as I should know things that they did not tell me; he got a negative attitude that wish he receive the same treatment from other people that he needs help.

I have been with this agency for over 25 years. They have a great staff who is actually helpful when needed. I would recommend them to anyone who needs insurance.
