I use to be a Loyal and dedicated to USAA for auto Insurance As a U.S. Navy veteran, until I found out they had my policy cancelled , and they didn't even let me know until three weeks later, and I was driving around with no coverage. So I started to look around and, liberty mutual, Progressive, State Farm, Allstate, Farmer's, and I could go on were ridiculously high for little to basic coverage and so Lastly I tried Geico. My Geico agent is Kenna. Donaven on Blanding Blvd. in Orange Park Fl, she was so helpful, understanding, and patient with getting us onboard. Ms. Donaven was professional but As we talked more and she called to give updates I felt like one of Mr. Perez and Kenna's long time friend and he runs a remarkable office for Geico and his team is tremendous. Wait times on Geico app live chat are 99+. The call time to get to a live agent was estimated 270 minutes. Yes, you read that right. You’ll never reach someone calling Geico directly. Called this office to reset my password to my account snd get some documents I needed from a policy I bought. I was taken care of in a matter of minutes!! Great customer service!
