I've been with Roderick Crabbe Allstate Insurance Agency for over 3 years and even referred multiple people to them. Unfortunately, my recent experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I received a notice of non-renewal, which pushed me to shop around — only to realize there was more affordable options available. Then, oddly enough, they sent me a renewal quote that was astronomical, even though I had already informed them I found another insurance provider. Despite putting my cancellation in writing and my new agent also sending confirmation, it's been over a month and a half and my policy still hasn’t been canceled.
