In a state like Florida where homeowners insurance is through the roof, Valerie took her time to find several options that don’t break the bank but cover everything I need. She answered all my questions about each policy so I could make an informed decision. She’s very efficient and no BS but super friendly about it. Can’t stand when agents talk your ear off for no reason to get you to buy more, Valerie is the opposite of that. Insurance is usually a painful process but not with Valerie because she gets everything handled with ease and speed and is always looking out for her customers.
