Been with them for many many years, they are always courteous and help me get a good rate. I never had any problems with them...great claims processing and fair! I recommend them and def. will stay with them!

Do not care about their customers. Germania raised our rates over $1200 this year and when contacted we were told that is just the way it is and nothing can be done. Found another agent who looked at what we were paying and said we were being price gouged. He looked for us a new provider and came back with better coverage and saved us $3500 a year in premiums. Now if Larry Weiss office really cared about their clients they could have done the same thing. Well Larry you lost a good client for having poor customer service.

The reason I didn't give him a 5 star is because still waiting on my insurance quotes, he's very friendly & professional & looking forward on doing business with him then I'll give him a 5 star rating.

Honest and gets things done. No headaches when making a claim. I'm Very sad they aren't taking new customers at the moment 😔
