I called the Nixa location for quotes on home and car insurance on a Friday about a month ago (flawless driving history, two cars bundled with my home). The man stated it had been a super busy week, and that he would call me back on Monday with quotes. He didn't take much of my information like other companies did, and what info I provided, I had to prompt him to take it. I never received a call back. I waited another week, and contacted them again. This time he took my information and said he would call me back the next day, for sure. I never heard from him. It has been another two weeks since that call. Steer clear of this flaky business. They just lost considerable credibility with me.

One of my dearest friends works there Leanne, so I called and I wish I had called years ago, shame on me spoke with John several times now and received excellent results with our farm and autos insurance. Highly recommend them for all your needs. Cannot thank them enough.
