David Dupree - State Farm Insurance Agent

For one im one going say this i dont ever do reviews at all but I was so so impressed with how nice my agent Angie was she was very friendly and professional. It was hands down the best experience I've ever had with dealing with insurance. Not to mention she saved me probably about 66% on my insurance between my house and vehicles which I know is not always going to be the case when dealing with insurance as we all know. But she was very helpful and answered every question I had and I ask alot. Punctual she called me back right when she said she would. And just a fun person to talk too I look forward to working with her as my agent. Will recommend her to everyone that asks me about insurance. Thank you so much Angie you deserve a raise

On January 5, 2026, I received an unsolicited insurance sales call from the David Dupree State Farm Insurance Agency, despite my phone number being verified through the Missouri Attorney General’s Do Not Call list. The caller stated he was calling from the David Dupree State Farm office to provide an insurance quote and attempted to set up an appointment. When I informed him that my number was on the Do Not Call list and asked for his name and office location, he immediately hung up. I called the number back and spoke with someone named Allison, who stated the owner, David Dupree, would return my call. When Mr. Dupree called, he confirmed that an agent from his office made the call but refused to identify the agent. He explained that the call was made by a new college hire who did not full

I never had any issues with the company as over 10 years I didn't have any claims or tickets. I did however have my insurance continue to go up and up. Driving two older vehicles it made no sense as to why I would be paying 168.00 a month. I decided to check around and found that I was being over charged majorly. I now have full coverage on both vehicles which I did not have before for 115.00. If I would have went with the exact same coverage it would have been 87.00. Please check around because you can definitely pay way less than what you will be charged here. Sad that you can be with a company so long and they have no problem over charging you and make no attempt to fix the problem.

I had called to update some information on our insurance policy. As it turned out, the information was already there automatically. However, I did find out That Our boat and jet ski had not been updated with insurance. There is some misunderstandings on my part, Jeff helped me get that all straightened out. He was very thorough, very kind and very helpful. Thank you, Jeff for your assistance.

Angie is amazing! When I had time sensitive question about a claim before a holiday weekend, she went out of her way to makes sure that I got the answers I needed quickly. She was such a pleasure to work with. If you are looking for an insurance agency who is going to take the time to listen to you and make sure they understand your needs and concerns, I definitely recommend Angie and the rest of David's team!
