First off I have been an American National customer for many years but as of recently, don’t have a local agent. I was in a desperate situation where I needed an agent to look over some life insurance stuff and help me finish processing it. David Haymes’ office made an appointment for me. I later met with David and again, he was not my local agent. That being said, he was more than willing to assist me. He reviewed the paperwork, gave suggestions, and made calls on my behalf to get the issue fixed. He seemed genuinely sincere and willing to help even though I wasn’t his client. This kind of customer service seems harder and harder to find these days. Based on my short time with him, I would strongly recommend his office if you have any insurance needs.
