I was a happy customer for a little over a decade, then my need for a specialized policy exceeded their ability to help me. Even when closing out my business with them they remained kind, prompt and responsive while I transitioned my business. The mark of a truly quality establishment.

I don't typically review places, in fact I could probably count on hand the places I've reviewed, but anyways, Mr. Brooks, Ms. Cathy, and Ms. Melissa have all been unbelievably helpful, patient, and professional! As a first time business owner they are exactly who you want to deal with and work with for all your insurance needs. Thanks again to everybody there! 10/10 would recommend 10/10 customer service 10/10 for always picking up the phone when you need them Insurance isn't fun, but these guys make it easy and bearable!

I was looking for a very specific and hard to come by policy for my small business. Other places flat out told me that it wasn't worth their time to help me out. I met with Ron in person (found them via a google search) and immediately felt like a valued client. Something I had not experienced at most other agencies. Ron gave me his full attention, went above and behind to find that perfect policy for me. Nothing but good things to say about them!!!

STAY AWAY FROM ROGERS INSURANCE AGENCY. I have been with Rogers Insurance agency since last year. I switched to them with my business through a contact a BNI (Business Networking International) because I felt they could be trusted. After explaining my business to the agent from Rogers in multiple conversations we had close to a two hour lunch meeting talking about what my business is a what we do. I explained how we handled customers and we were a transnational business and that we have a mix of phone payments and in person payments. I told the agent with Rogers that it was important to me to make sure that my business was covered if we sustained any type of loss. I never negotiated price of tried to get bargain insurance by any means. Rogers policy was actually more money than my previo
