My family and I have been with the Lucas Agency-Allstate for almost twenty years. The relationship we have fostered with Jaclyn and her partners is priceless. Most recently, Amy had assisted me with several policy questions. As always, she was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and patient. Amy went above and beyond my requests and was absolutely understanding about my due date concerns. Thank you Amy for being so thorough and reassuring😁.

I found the experience to be extremely frustrating. My intent was to do business with a local insurance office. My first contact was with a female agent that was very helpful. I indicated I’d stop in the office (Friday)to pay the annual premium she said that was fine. Once I got to the office and asked to see her I was told she wasn’t in the office. A young man took my check and told me the premium would be paid. Later that same day I spoke with the female agent on the phone and indicated I’d be in on Monday to pay the premiums due on the other policies we needed. She said thatb2as fine. When I arrived on Monday I was told she doesn’t ever come in the office ( first I heard). I was referred to Jaclyn who advised me the agent had already processed the needed payments by debiting the checkin

I worked with Amy in the Apex Salem street office. She was a pleasure to work with. Very personable and knowledgeable. She resolved an issue I was having with my previous insurer in less than 1 day. I highly recommend Allstate on Salem street!

I had a very bad experience with Jaclyn.. My recommendation is to stay away from her.. Very poor customer service and extremely rude. She refuses to meet when I asked her to discuss my policies..And does not respond to basic poicy questions... All the good reviews you see are for predecessor Ravi or John.. Stay away..!!
