I’ve been with Woomer for years for both personal and business policies, and I’m disappointed by the lack of relationship and responsiveness. Outside of annual renewal notices, I rarely ever hear from my agent, and whenever I need assistance I typically have to follow up multiple times before I even get an acknowledgment. As a business owner, I get that staffing can be tight… but a simple “we got your message and we’re on it” within a day or two is basic customer service. I don’t doubt they can place policies… I just need a partner who communicates reliably. If the service and communication improves, I’d be happy to revisit this rating. Otherwise I may be shopping my insurance very soon.
