Look no further! Rod Dunlap and his team have been an absolute pleasure to work with! I had been dealing with my previous insurance company for over 2 months with ZERO success and with one simple phone call to Rod's office in which an ACTUAL human, not robot (GASP!) answered my insurance issue was resolved within 24 hours! Within 48 hours I moved both my home and auto policy’s over to Rod and couldn’t be happier! I would say the most impactful quality in working with Rod Dunlap is that he took the time to educate me on the details of how and where I was covered and what I could do to increase my coverage while staying within my budget. This business has very bad communication & follow up. After 2 weeks attempting to cancel my policy and being "promised" a call back by end of day 3 times, I cancelled my policy. 3 months later they send a $25 "unpaid bill" to collections without any attempted contact. Very disappointing. I ended up submitting the complaint to the Department of Consumer and Business Services for the State of Oregon. I hoped for better from a local business especially after being referred by another customer.
