Very poor customer service, if possible I will give them a big zero(0) .When I call them first time to setup a meeting in office ,front desk lady said first they called me back ,after if they needed then in person appointment will made. She setup an appointment same day for over the phone consultation but nobody called me back. Then I called them again and setup an appointment . I asked her I have to call or they’ll call me back . She clearly said someone from over the end called you back . , but nobody calls me. Very terrible people.

Spent over an hour with me talking pros and cons of plans. Excellent help sorting out the convoluted world of Medicare.

Don't return calls when you need help. My agent was Kristy. It seemed great at first. She seemed to be so knowledgeable about the system. It seemed so reassuring, a local person help me through the maze of insurance. She could be there to help when things got tough with Medicare and I wouldn't have to be on hold forever only to talk to a stranger. I would have given them a five star rating when I signed up. Then I actually needed help on more than one occasion and never got a call back at all. Finally I'm leaving a review about this last time. And I'm going to get rid of this agency. I just have to find out how. This last time she ignored me I was calling to find out what equipment was covered after I had an injury and could no longer walk.
