Always raising my premium without any explanation. Not sending in the mail a insurance card for my car insurance. My phone doesn't connect with my printer so I can't print it out myself.
They raised my rates by 3500$ a year with out telling me! Read every email very carefully with these guys. Most are junk but buried in there are thousands in up charges
I just spoke with Riley regarding potentially switching over to allstate from progressive for my renters & car insurance. He was super friendly and really laid it out for me. Would definitely recommend.
My insurance on my home and vehicles keep going up. Never get a phone call to explain my plans.
