Having state farm is like having Bait man. the Insurance on the car my dad got quoted was going to be $80. cheaper then the other car my dad had it was $1,190 now the payment is $1,374 thare quite should be " Like a bad neighbor state farm is thare"!!

insurance jacked 200.00 every six months, no chargeable accidents or at fault claims. Agent told me I don't know why your rates went up so high, offered nothing but guesses. Called State farm themselves and was told that they would check with the underwriters as to why my premiums were increased so dramatically. It's been a week and no reply! This office cares for lining it's own pockets not your protection.

I had to move to a different state to help out my grandfather when my grandmother died. My insurance was going to end up going up to $150 buck under the excuse that to Georgia I was a "new driver". I canceled the insurance back in December 6th. And switched to giecho. They continued to charge me until March without my consent whatsoever. I went through the whole refund process to try and get my money back. They said they'd give back. Then despite the overwhelming evidence of a emailed document from giecho. Changed their minds in April. State farm stole $200 from me. Edit I got a new reply saying the refund will be sent, likely will change review if it arrives. Edit I finally got my refund in may
