If I could give 0 stars I would. One of their customers rear ended me almost 2 months ago and I haven’t heard anything from the agent. I’ve left countless messages and no one has responded. So I’m reaching out to the Better Business Bureau and my insurance company along with a civil lawsuit against. I’ll let everyone know how it’s goes because it seems like this is common with this insurance company and it needs to be stopped immediately

Was good for 25 year. Then hit 2 deer in 3 years or more. Got a letter that they was dropping me. So there ok until they have to pay.

Cannot get a person on the phone or a callback. I have left several messages via voicemail and email regarding my claim. All go unanswered. Horrible customer service. Will be switching companies.

Avoid This Company – 4 Months With No Response! I highly advise staying far away from Rockingham Insurance. My company, JGMORAL LLC, is a policyholder, and we filed a claim over four months ago. Despite multiple emails and calls, we have received zero response from their adjuster, Christa Camp, AIC, or anyone else at the company. To make matters worse, they even sent me another policyholder’s information by mistake—a clear sign of incompetence and possibly a data privacy violation. If this isn’t negligence, I don’t know what is. At this point, we may have to escalate legally just to get a response. This company is either completely unprofessional or a scam, and I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for insurance unless you enjoy being ignored when you need help the most. Conside

We were rear ended by a customer of Rockingham Insurance, the customer fled the scene and committed a hit and run. After the investigation was settled by law enforcement, we received the information of the party that hit us. It has been OVER A MONTH now since the claim was filed. No communication outside of a letter from this company. Everyone is always busy when you call, and never can seem to get a call back. I was just told by a claims agent "their investigation" of the accident was not completed and she "wasn't sure what we expect them to do" Once again their driver hit us and ran from the scene as the police report clearly states. What exactly do we expect you to do? 1A-COMMUNICATE. They are terrible at this and I would not recommend them to anybody.
