Last year before I signed up for a Medicare plan I went to see Mr. Grossman. He was extemely knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. I signed up for a plan right then. This year I attended one of 10 (yes 10) seminars that the company offered to update clients on Medicare plan changes. I chose the virtual presentation. It was the last presentation, and was thorough and extremely helpful. I thought I didn't really need an update, but I learned about several benefit upgrades that I wouldn't have known about.
