I recent refinanced my house and decided to have my insurance policy reviewed to see if I could save any money. Everyone who answered the phone and helped me was very friendly and helpful. My account was assigned to Pamela F. in Robin Lewis' office and she was so helpful and found me a policy offering more coverage and at $1000 less than I was paying. Her follow up skills and attention to detail was excellent. I would recommend Robin Lewis insurance to anyone who wants to save money BUT maintain the same or better coverage.

Today on 9/16/2019 i spoke with my Agent Pamela Franzese in the Sunrise, FL location about some concerns i got about my Escrow as out Mortgage company we knew had made a mistake, how do to me and my husband not being to familiar will all in & outs we called Pam. She made us feel so at ease to her having so much knowledge of this matter. She assist with the Mortgage company making sure they understand what we were asking of them.
