Jane provided me with exceptional customer service when unfortunately I felt I didn’t get proper communication from claims- and the situation was complicated with regard to repairing my car and accommodation needs. She offered to step in given that i could not get claims to provide a supervisor or single source on a more authorized or professional level. She provided an option with regard to a repair, which unfortunately, I learned my car damage is beyond ( from a neighbor who backef into my passenger door) however, it was great to be able to have somebody dedicated to help in the situation. She is courteous and listens and is a great communicator.
