Since my husband handles our insurance (all policies) I never speak to them. But she made me feel as if I was the main contact of our household. Then, again a few weeks later, I needed her again as I was about to board a plane, with an urgent email and within minutes she responded handling the matter. If you want friendly, efficient, hands-on, top-notch service, this is the BEST agency. Now I know why my husband chose them to handle all of our policies years ago. I recently visited here because I was buying insurance for my home, and when I walked into the office, a large dog came up to me, without a leash, which scared my child, and then I was met by a lady, but she spoke to me with contemptuous eyes and tones the whole time, because I am Asian and my English is not very good, she was racist, which made me very uncomfortable. As a result, I changed insurance companies and I strongly do not recommend this one.
