State Farm seems like a solid company, but were initially denying a discount on my homeowners policy based on what seemed to be a weird technicality. Yvonne and Robert at Robert Montero’s office worked on my behalf and got the company to honor the discount. While I was somewhat disappointed with the initial position taken by the company, I really appreciate the local office stepping up and helping out, as well as State Farm willing to do what seems right.
