Robert Capers - State Farm Insurance Agent

Mr. Capers is an excellent and supportive agent. He has been my insurance agent for the entirety of my time as a homeowner. As a first-time buyer 5 years ago, he took the time to promptly answer all of my questions and provide guidance. Through the plumbing issues and power outages, he has been a steady presence, offering reassurance and concrete action steps. I am grateful for the peace of mind working with him has given me, and would highly recommend.

I had the privilege to deal with Mr Robert and Mrs Amy for over 18 years. Really awesome feeling when I call and they know me by name. If you want a big company like state farm but family environment go see Mr Capers and his team you will NOT be disappointed.

I have had my homes and cars insured through State Farm for over 20 years now. Three years ago I bought a home in West Columbia which I insured through Robert Capers office. Just yesterday, I called to get a quote on insuring my business, only to find out that my home owners insurance had been canceled for non-payment. Needless to say, I was shocked and upset. Mr Capers had not bothered to pick up the phone and call me, and when I asked what i needed to do - he suggested I call someone else! That is exactly what I will do - not only did he not want my home owners policy - he did not want any of my other business. Do Not use this agent if you value your property!!!!

I was added to my wife's policy in 2015 and have had nothing but problems since then. I added a vehicle that I had to pick up from another state and it took almost 3 months of my wife calling to get the hard copy of the card sent to us. I called one time and suddenly I had the card the next day. My current card expired in November of 2017, and he could not be bothered to send me a new one. Corporate sent me an email copy and said they would have him send me one, that was almost 2 weeks ago now and still no card. Surprisingly, my wife got her card 2 weeks before the current one expired. I also had to stop in and drop off paperwork after an accident I was in and he really was very uninterested in dealing with me at all. He was very short with me and the whole time sounded very irritated that
