In shopping for coverage several months ago, a friend suggested Livingston. I wanted a local company, so I made an appointment to discuss my needs. Everything quickly fell into place. Rebekah was courteous and most helpful. Fair pricing for outstanding coverage on my autos and home.

Livingston Insurance helped me find the same policy for about half the price I was paying elsewhere, which was a huge savings. The process, though, often felt drawn out — sometimes with long gaps between updates and only responses after I asked. More timely and proactive communication would have made the experience much smoother. Overall, I’m happy with the result and the cost savings.
