Freeway Insurance

Today I had the awesome privilege to work with a young lady named Sharniece from the West Columbia branch. She was AMAZING!!! Sharniece gave true meaning to the words Customer Service. She worked very hard with me for over an hour until we got it completed. I am forever gray to her for helping me with everything and I could not have chosen a more professional agent. Very informative about what she was representing. And she represented your company very well. You all should be very proud of the service she provides to the customer. I want make her a part of my family at this point. Great job Sharniece. I look forward to our follow up call. She deserves a raise

I had the pleasure of working with Danna, She took the time to understand my situation given I had to get coverage for four of my vehicles but I also had a very tight budget I had to stay at. She was very well informed and provided great guidance which made it easier to compare my options and choose the right coverage. I will continue to recommend her to many more people especially since she spoke Spanish it was a very nice not having to struggle to get my points across.
