I visited their office today at 3 o clock and saw it was closed. They hardly respond to calls and now their office is closed. Too slow to make policy changes. I decided to change my local agent. I got to know from State Farm customer support that the Bob Denis State Farm Office is permanently closed! So, now I know why they don’t pick up calls.

Nobody will answer the phone here or call you back. I have left 3 messages (one per hour) and have been waiting for a return call for 3 hours. This is not the first time that I have had issues getting a return call from this office. I have a policy issue that needs resolution today.
